What are your hours of operation?
In addition to the schedule below our offices will be closed on:
Closed at 1:00pm Eastern time on 9/3/2010 - reopen day after labor day. Online orders processed as usual.
June 1st thru June 6th for summer vacation - Online orders placed during this period will be processed on June 7th.
November 22 thru November 29 - Warehouse & Inventory Control audit, - Online orders placed during this period will be processed on November 30.
Regular Hours
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Time. Online ordering is available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/yr.
West Coast and International Customers
Commercial Finished Metals typically has someone on call 24 hours/day and personnel are normally in the office prior to and after our official hours. So please feel free to call at any time. If you get our voice mail, be sure to leave a message and your call will be returned promptly. If a staff member is available, we will return your call regardless of the time.
Additionally, if a specialist is working on a quotation for you, he/she will do his or her best to complete your work on the hour/day promised even if it means working through the evening. Under circumstances that require additional time, you will be notified by phone regarding when to expect a response.

We are closed on all Federal holidays:
When a holiday falls on a nonworkday -- Saturday or Sunday -- the holiday usually is observed on Monday (if the holiday falls on Sunday) or Friday (if the holiday falls on Saturday).

** July 4, 2010 (the legal public holiday for Independence Day), falls on a Sunday. Monday, July 5, will be treated as a holiday.
*** December 25, 2010 (the legal public holiday for Christmas Day), falls on a Saturday. Friday, December 24, will be treated as a holiday.
