Polishing Room is an integral part of the fabrication process offered
by 4Rails.com (A division of Commercial Finished Metals Corporation)
. Mirror or Satin finishes are textured here. Welds
are ground smooth and cleaned for a seamless look. High speed
buffing machines require strong, experienced and skilled operators.
Finishes and Polishes
are : mirror, satin, antique, brushed, random grind, radial,
longitudinal and non-directional satin..
Coating- (Long life and
wear resistant) available are; Clear, Anodized, plated, powder and wet
application coatings
Colors are almost
infinite, including custom colors. (Please contact us)
Textures are Metallic,
textured, patina, Mini-tex, Copper, Silver or Gold vein, Sandtex,
Wrinkle, Flat, Semi-gloss, Satin, Shadow, Mirror, Pebbled, Hammertone,
and Sparkle.
