rails was damaged in shipping- I sent an email-within the week I had a
new replacement. I was expecting to get the run around and get charged
for the new piece. I have told my friends with bars this is the place

The rail looks great with the bar. just a little history on the bar.
The Back bar is from a saloon in Fort Worth 1890 to 1910 and is 14'
long. Front bar is from Ney York 1920's to the 1930's era and is 10'
long. Both bars took over a year to repair and assemble.

Hi Alex,
I got the fitting
for the
ball finial and it worked fine...just like we talked about on the
phone. Thanks for the help on everything! Enclosed are the
pictures of the bar project. The bar and credenza are built from
red oak and are 12 feet long. All the trim work is hand
made. The brass is yours.

Comments: You guys were so helpful, I couldn't believe it. We had spent
quite a bit of money renovating our kitchen area and we just needed a
small rail for the island. Well, you would have thought we were
buying 100 rails with the attention you gave us. It was a small
order to start but as you know we just ordered one of your glass racks
and some handrails and we'll send you pics of those as soon as we get
them installed.
