Our brass is two times thicker (A), heavier,
and denser than competing brands for strength you can depend on. When fastened
with screws, there is twice as much metal for threads to "bite". And you
can weld our components without fear of any deformation or reduction in structural
integrity.
Smooth flowing curves (B) and high quality brass
alloy, contributes to the overall look and beauty preferred by architects
and designers worldwide.
Our outlets are 50% to 100% longer (C) and are
more precisely formed, ensuring a perfect fit every time.
Constructing your foot rail when you have two or more connecting sides.
Remember to use RailCalc to calculate the components needed for any size
bar with any number of sides

RULE 1:
Measure Twice, Cut Once
|
RULE 2:
When connecting sides, the measurements of the bar
will not be the measurements for the bar rails. Since the rail will
sit 6" away from the bar, the point of intersection of two rails will
depend on the angle at which they connect.
See TIP below this
section.
|
RULE 3:
Order sections to the next whole foot. It
is easily trimmed on-site and ordering a bit extra is inexpensive and will
make the job easier. Also make sure to order the correct number of splices,
brackets and end caps. We'll include all assembly screws with your order.
You may want to read the information below and look at this diagram before ordering. (opens in new window)

SUGGESTION:
There 's no obligation or cost to call us.
Just give use a description of your bar and we'll do the rest.

|
TIP
Lay out your bar rail with masking
tape along the floor. The tape should be parallel to the bar and 6"
away .
Extend the tape at each end of
the bar at which there will be a connection. Place a small strip of
tape perpendicular to the orginal tape and 6" in from at each point of intersection
and another piece of tape 6" in from any end that will not be connected.
These will represent the outer brackets.
The distance between the outer
brackets should be divided equally so that the remainder of brackets (you
will show with strips of tape) are evenly spaced.
Take all of your measurements
- they will be your "trim-to" dimensions. Order tubing for each
section you purchase to the next whole foot.

Any length
rail may be constructed from 1' to 5' sections of tubing. Shorter tubing
reduces shipping costs and simplifies installation. Determine lengths
needed by spacing brackets from 36" to 60" apart. When using elbows,
normally place brackets 6" on either size of an elbow. Always measure
so that spliced seams are hidden by brackets. If you're not 100% sure about what
you'll need, just complete this simple form and we'll send you our suggestions.
For longer lengths of tubing
- simply call 1-877-747-2457

Figure out how many
sections and the lengths of tubing you will need. Draw a diagram, so
that brackets cover seams and are spaced evenly.

Choose the quantity and type of fittings you will need.
If the angles at the sides are not 45* or 135*, you can use our Universal
Ball to connect the tubes at any angle. Remember that
flush fittings will expose the joint and ball fittings will not.

Therefore,
it is important that any cuts made are square to the length of the tubing
when using flush fittings. . If possible, make cuts
on the side of the tubing that will be covered by a bracket.
Tip: For an upscale, designer look, DO consider
mixing brass with chrome !

the quantity and type of end caps you will need. The scroll will add

Choose the right bracket for the use and look you'll need. Combo brackets
prvide the most support - they screw into the bar wall and REST on the floor.
Depending on your requirements, you may want to choose a floor only mount
or bar wall only mount bracket instead.
