factory. Returns
will not be accepted for refund without a return authorization number
provided to customer by us.
Returned kits will incur a 20% restocking fee. Return policy does
not apply to items cut-to-order or for items that
are
not returned in new condition. All chromed items, powder coats, clear coats and other processes in which the underlying metal has been coated or treated are made to order and are not returnable and orders may not be cancelled or changed once fabrication begins. Return policy does not apply
to non-metal items, including but not limited to solutions or
polishes. Return shipping costs are
the responsibility of buyer. Non-kit items or partial kit
returns,
including individual tubing
sections, fittings, brackets, etc. and items ordered
by phone will incur a restocking fee of 25%. Orders in which all
or part of the merchandise purchased has been
treated or altered in any way, cannot be returned for full or
partial credit or refund.
