Brackets to hold tubing 7" to top of foot rail.  Center brackets comprised of flange, T and short tube. End brackets comprised of flange, 90 elbow and short tube.  Long rail has 4 center brackets and 2 end bracket.  Short rails have 2 end brackets each.  Length measurements are from outside edge of flange on end bracket to outside edge of end bracket on opposite end of rail.
