There will be no refunds or credits for tubing, special order items, custom fabricated items or items with custom, specialty or plated finishes. Satin/Brushed Brass and Chrome products are finished to order and are not eligible to be returned for credit, exchange or refund.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). You can request an RMA# by calling 877-747-2457. Please be specific and include your name, address, email address, phone number and order number when requesting an RMA#.
No returns will be accepted unless pre-authorized and within 30 days from the original invoice date. Returned merchandise must be in new condition and include all original packaging and mounting hardware, such as screws, if applicable.
Damaged items or items that have been altered in any fashion are not eligible to be returned for refund, credit or exchange. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and all returned merchandise is subject to visual inspection by Commercial Finished Metals Corporation before credit will be issued.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
