Our 4rails order arrived quickly, was exceptionally packaged well as to not mar the finish-and the products are excellent quality. I also appreciated the selection of products and finishes- highly recommend this company.
I initially placed an online order and within an hour I got a call explaining that I had made a mistake the way I ordered my foot rail kit. The gentleman explained in the vm exactly how I needed to change it, but also left his direct line if I needed assistance. I placed the new order and it was delivered faster than any other part of my kitchen renovation…and, it was perfect. Very unusual and very much appreciated!!! I would highly recommend this company! We ordered these bar rails for our kitchen since we could never find stools with comfy enough foot rests. They were easy enough to install (minus drilling through porcelain tile.) I did have to buy stronger screws, but overall the quality is great. My kids haven't dinged the matte black finish and I think they'll hold up well for us.
We received the foot rails very quickly and installation was a breeze. Very happy with the product and how it finished the bar off.
Everything arrived well packed, and the quality of the materials was fabulous. Took about 3 hours to cut and assemble, could not be happier and the customer service/sales team was very helpful in picking the right parts and materials. 5 stars from me!
Product is amazing and working with 4Rails (Alex especially) was a breeze. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for bar footrails.
