I initially placed an online order and within an hour I got a call explaining that I had made a mistake the way I ordered my foot rail kit. The gentleman explained in the vm exactly how I needed to change it, but also left his direct line if I needed assistance. I placed the new order and it was delivered faster than any other part of my kitchen renovation…and, it was perfect. Very unusual and very much appreciated!!! I would highly recommend this company!
